CERAMOL NO.1
A. Features
It is ceramic castable type, an irregular powder type
which is made of processed ceramic fiber, organic and
inorganic binder.
It has higher productivity, less work time
requiredment and higher energy efficiency, thanks to its
lower heat conductivity
It can be completely cured within 24 hours after
placement
It guarantees longer lifetime of furnaces and
incinerators than the existing refreactories since it makes
no spalling crack from thermal shocks such as sudden
heating or cooling, thanks to the binding structure of
ceramic fiber.
It has both insulating ability and fire resistance.
It can be easily repaired with #150-S, which has a
good viscosity.
B. How to construct
1. Perform a sufficient mixing process(for 3-5 minutes).
2. Give vibration to the mixture to guarantee better
results.
3. Set up forms with wood, fly wood or steel plate.
4. Perform curing, which is principally done by natural dry
at the room temperature. In winter, curing can be performed
by 72 hours drying with the CERAMOL surface covered with vinyl.
5. Add 40-60% of water. Rate of water addition should be
45% for general constructions(On a flat surface) and 50-55%
for flow constructions.

CERAMOL NO.2
#102
A. Features
No.2 #102, a paste type which has an excellent
viscosity. It also can be placed anywhere by hand.
No.2 #102 prolongs the life of furnace as it
maintains the temperature in furnace at a proper level. It
also has a higher energy efficiency as its excellent
insulation ability reduces the amount of radiating heat
placed on an existing wall.
B. Applications
Outer insulation of regerative room in melting
furnace.
Built-in materials for furnace and EREPORT.
Emergency repair of refractories.

D. How to Construct
The same method as CERAMOL NO. 1, however when adding
water, you should add 2-2.5% of water during mixing, and
then rest for about 3-5 minutes after mixing.
The amount of water addition is a very important
factor in construction.
