TWIST SCREENS
Twist screen is the most appropriate equipment to separate
the high polymers, minute particles and other high gammable
particle. Either in wet and dry type sifters are

Twist screen consists of vertical vibrator unit, mesh deck,
anti-jamming cleaner deck, trough, coil springs and base
body, clamp, cover, as standardized parts basically. ,BR>
Vertical vibrators can be reversed to increase efficiency
in screening a low density materials and high gammable
particle with increased screening area, and these
vibrations offer all possible vibrating angle to the
particles.
Drive unit generates the vibrations by the unbalanced angle
consisiting of adjustable weights on upper and below of the
vibrator.
The unbalanced angle are easily adjusted by the simple
tools.
Grease lubrication for vibrator is through easily
accessible fitting.
Vertical vibrator is mounted rigidly on base plate
distributing the vibrations to the trough.
The directional vibraions on the sieve offer the particles'
directional moving with all possible vibrating angle, this
offers increased screening area and smooth
discharge.
Anti-jamming cleaner(Bouncing ball made of silicon) deck
with provide continuous knocking effects under the sieves
to prevent particle's jamming and sticking during the
operaiton.

VM Model Vibrating Screen
The heart of VM Model Vibrating Screen is a heavy duty
electro-magnetic drive. Drive unit can be mounted either
below and above the Trough. All running part are secured
and covered.
No any separated motor, V-belt, chains, sprockets, or other
connections, The flow capacity is controlled by turning a
rheostate knob. The number of drive unit is depended upon
the capacity and charactristics of the material
handled.
VM Model Vibrating Screens offer screening and feeding
simultainously in a smooth operation with high
efficiency.
ES Type Vibrating Screens
Heavy duty ES type sizing and scalping screens are built
with a powerful eccentric shaft vibrator, screen deck,
helical spring isolator and support :
The ES vibrator design utilized two, rugged, self contained
double roll assembles. Each roller bearing is cartridge
mounted and sealed from abrasion and corrosive
materials.
A lubrication is through easily accessible fittings or
direct oil bath from housing reservoir.
The eccentric shaft produces a powerful vibration with a
smooth(800-1200 rpm) rotation driven by motor through V-
belts and pulleys.
This specialized vibrator eccentric shaft permits faster
minor stroke adjustment with counter wights.
All running parts are secured and furnished with
gards.
GS Type Vibrating Screens
Heavy duty Geared Shaft Vibrating Screens are used in
horizontal installations where require low-head room to
efficiently size, dewater and wash coal, ore, rock, gravel
and other materials, and are built with a powerful greared
shaft vibrator, screen deck, helical spring isolator and
support.
The GS vibrator produces a straight-line motion to screen
and convey materials.
Four(4) heavy duty, double row, cartridge-mounted self-
algning spherical roller bearings supports the two eccetric
shafts which are driven through helical gears.
Bearing lubrication is performed through grease channels to
the center of the cartridges.
Gears are self-lubricated by a deep oil reservoir.
VIBRATING FEEDERS(VF/VM Models)

SPIRAL
ELEVATORS
For efficient transfer of parts
materials between processes or plant levels.
Spiral Elevators offer the most efficient, compact and
convenient means of elevating or lowering bulk materials
and metal, plastic, glass, wood or ceramic parts and other
powder materials.
Due to high speed vibration, friction and abrasion between
the items being handled and Trough are minimized, feeding
is smooth and consistent.
The simple, basic design of Spiral Elevator provides years
of trouble-free operation.
Even if the material flow is blocked, there is no danger of
damag to the equipment, since there are no belts, gears, or
pulleys, the need for parts replacement and maintenance are
rare.
There units also require a very small floor space.
Some models are so compact there can be easily moved from
one processing machine to another.
All models can be furnished for either base mounting, with
the drive below the spiral, or suspension mounting, with
the drive unit above the spiral.
Installation is simple, units can be positioned on any firm
load-carrying, surface, or suspended from structural steel
beams, Spirals to the maximum height rated for each model
can supplied fro either types of mounting
arrangements.
The vibrators are applied in pairs and mounted either above
and below the spiral.
Control of the material flow rate and adjustments for
different material densities are achieved by changing the
thrust angle of the vibrators.
BIN ACTIVATORS(VIBRO
HOPPERS)
Bin Activator using vibrator as its source is designed to
prevent the bridging in the silo or hopper, and is the most
up-to dated appropriate hopper discharge system for sticky
materials.
Bin Activator consists of Fixed silo and Active hopper. The
particles in the Active hopper are vibrationally dischanged
by vertical pressure of the materials during the initial
running, and assure vertical screw discharge with
horizontal circularly vibration by the vibrator.
This vibrational discharge concept offers increased
vertical load, easy break off the bridging and constant and
soft discharge with all possible vibrating angle, decreased
height of low part of silo with enlarged discharge spout,
not effecting the repose angle of materials, less noise and
long durablity with appropriate vibrators suit for hopper
capacity and easy access to adptation with other processes
such as vibro-feeder, screw-feeder, rotary feeder and other
down-streams which required fixed quantity or varialbe-flow
controls.

Drive unit consists of Active hopper, horizontal vibrator
and isolation bolts.
Horizontal vibrators with adjustable eccentric weights on
each end are mounted on the bracket of Active hopper.

Isolation rubber prevent the transmission of vibration to
the fixed hopper, and supports all vibration hanging on the
Active hopper.
Conical structure(Cowl) in the Active hopper supports
vertical pressure and spread the materials sufficiently.

VIBATING TABLES
Bubble removal in wet materials,
settle and compact bulk materials in containers
Vibrating tables are designed to settle and compact dry
bulk materials in various types of container, and to remove
bubles in the wet materials.
Their application provides either a sizable increase in the
net weight of the container or reduction in the container
size with subsequent savings in shipping and storage
space.
Vibrating tables are available in various typical types

Electro-mechanical and electro-magnetic type as well those
a many applied units.
The choice of the proper type and model depends upon the
characteristics of the material or objects being handled
and its reaction.
Electro-magnetic Vibrating Tables are most versatile and
widely used Vibrating Tables in our line. The high speed of
these tables, coupled with a controlled low-amplitude
produces a gentle filling action, Through that action the
co-efficient friction of the materials is reduced, as the
particles settle, the entrapped air is more readily
removed.
The amplitude of the vibration can be regulated to suit the
characteristics of the materials being handled. The
amplitude of the vibration can be controlled by turning a
rheostat knob.
The vibratory motion of Electro-mechanical Vibrating
Tables are particularly suited for filling granular to
coarse materials.
It is also very effective for handling a wide range of
metal parts such as nuts, bolts and rivets.
Electro-mechanical vibrators, with their lower frequency
and higher amplitude, produce an ellipical vibratory
motion.
The drives are totally enclosed, dust tight and splash
proof.
Drive units are vaiable such as high frequency vibrators,
magnetic vibrators and electro-mechanical vibrators.
GRAVITATIONAL
SEPARATORS
Gravitational Separator are used in separating particles
per each gravitational charactristics.
The materials fed with water are vibrationally motioned on
the Track of Trough per each gravitational charactristics
of the materials, and are discharged through separated out-
let.
Gravitational Separator consists of "Water supply unit",
"Magneitc Feeder" and "Hopper' to supply the materials in a
fixed quantity with water, "Trough" to separate the
materials by the vibration, "Out-let", "Electro-magnetic
Drive Unit" as vibrating source, "Body" to support the
balance of machine and to ensure the equal vibration and
"Controller" to adjust the amplitude and the feeding speed
of material's flow.
This specialized equipment is operated with the maximum
efficiency when the vibrating amplitude, water supply and
the angle of Trough are appropriately adjusted.
And in case that there are any damages, dusts, oils and
other foreign substances on the Trough, the machine will
not operate efficiently on its functioning.
The water is circulated by the Pump.
SHAPE
SEPARATORS
Shape Separators are used in separating the materials per
each characteristical shape.
Shape Separator consists of Supply unit, Electro-magnetic
drive unit, Trough and Controller.
Trough to feed and separate the materials is structured by
leaning either in the front, rear, right and left.
The Supply unit, constists of Hopper, Magnetic feeder,
ensures material's quantative feeding to Trough.
